You can only watch Tonton on 2 screens at the same time.

Currently, it is not possible to remove the advertisements on Tonton. The advertisements helps Tonton to stay free.

Access to exclusive content and all Tonton premium content (marked with the Tonton UP logo), including premium live channels like TVN, TVN Movies, Animax, and GEM.

WEB:

• Register and log in to the Tonton platform.

• Click on the "Klik untuk langgan" promo thumbnail or Subscribe button

• This will direct you to a new web page: www.tonton.com.my/tontonup .

• Follow the instructions and select your desired subscription package.

• Complete your subscription by choosing your preferred payment method.

MOBILE:

• Select the Tonton UP title/channel of your choice.

• Tap on the Tonton UP logo in the center of the content poster and follow the on-screen steps to complete your subscription.

• This applies to both Android and Apple users.

• All transactions will be linked to your respective app store or play store accounts.

TV:

• SUBSCRIBE VIA THE STEPS ABOVE ON MOBILE OR WEB

1. Sign in to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

2. Go to "Payments & Subscriptions" in your settings page.

3. Click on "Subscriptions".

4. Locate and select "Tonton" to manage your subscription.

5. Change your subscription by choosing from the other available packages

• 1 Month (RM9.90) - Web only

• 3 Months (RM28)

• 12 Months (RM108)

WEB:

1. For one-off subscription via online banking or e-wallet, your subscription will be automatically activated at the conclusion of your chosen package.

2. For subscription via credit card, kindly send us an email at [email protected] to unsubscribe.

3. If you have subscribed using (Touch N Go) TNG, log in to your TNG portal.

4. Navigate to “Auto Payment” and cancel your Tonton subscription.

MOBILE:

1. Sign in to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

2. Go to "Payments & Subscriptions" in your settings page.

3. Click on "Subscriptions."

4. Locate and select "Tonton" to manage your subscription.

5. Choose to cancel your subscription.
